Criminal Defense: There are attorneys in the Saline County area that practice in this area. Then there is me. Having previously worked for the Saline County Attorney's Office as the drug prosecutor, I have more concentrated knowledge in the area of search and seizure law than most. In fact, I have assisted experienced members of the criminal defense bar in preparing arguments against unlawful search and seizure by law enforcement.
When it comes to drug defense, I have excellent knowledge of the law.
Certainly, I am very capable of defending any sort of criminal case. Yet, working closely with narcotics interdiction in the Saline County area gives me a unique perspective and knowledge of law enforcement, and where mistakes are often made. I am ready to put that knowledge to work for my clients. I am ready to protect your rights.
Contracts: I have conducted drafting and negotiating of contracts worth millions of dollars. Considering the price of private business aircrafts, it is easy to see how this would have been possible. Aircraft engines are not inexpensive. Neither are windshields, avionics materials, or other mission critical parts.
I am careful and critical when reviewing and drafting contracts. I gave a seminar to body artists on liabilities related to licensing and prepared a sample limitation of liability agreement for them.
Contract law has always been a strength of mine.
Civil Matters: I can handle any civil matter. I have handled civil litigation in all phases. I have defended physicians involved in medical malpractice claims. I have prosecuted plaintiffs' claims. I have handled limited action cases. I have handled cases involving civil liability for traffic accidents while simultaneously preparing criminal defenses for clients in the event criminal actions were pursued against them.
I am detail oriented. I am motivated and professional.
Appellate Matters: I have written numerous briefs and legal arguments for the Kansas Appellate Courts. I have argued innumerable cases on issues of all sorts before the Kansas Court of Appeals. I have written legal briefs on criminal matters, and on civil liability issues. I have presented complex legal arguments to the Kansas Supreme Court.
Divorce: Navigating the difficult matters of divorce requires hard work. The law is the same for everyone, yet having an attorney who knows how to handle the case is the key to success. I am more than capable of assisting you with those matters.
